Mike Shuba

Vice President of Operations

Mike leads Three Phase Line Construction and directs the teams responsible for strategic planning, P&L, asset management, business development, project management, engineering, procurement and construction. During the course of his more than 30-year career, he’s been a vice president or chief executive for union and non-union electrical and transmission & distribution line construction firms. He’s also directed operations for M.J. Electric and Siemens Power Transmission and Distribution. Early in his career, he was a project manager for Eversource Energy and Bechtel Construction. He received his master’s degree in business administration from St. Mary’s College of California and his bachelor’s degree in construction engineering at Iowa State University.

Christina Magoon

Senior Director of Operations

Christina oversees the teams responsible for engineering, procurement and construction on transmission, distribution and substation projects across the Eastern United States for Three Phase Line Construction. She has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has spent the last 10 years at Three Phase Line Construction where her roles included project management and construction estimating. Christina is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. She received her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of New Hampshire.

Eric Burkey

Business Manager, Midwest Operations

Eric manages the supervisors and crews responsible for Three Phase Line Constructions’ Midwestern transmission and distribution projects. Prior to joining Three Phase, he was a division manager for PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc. He also served as a transmission planning engineer at Ameren. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
